Considering that, among the options there we find "DXVA" is that the one to choose to get the HQ Scalers? I suppose HQ Scalers are still Lanczos3 and Spline36, with no new scalers having been added in the recent past. Are these "high quality scalers" activated even without the dxvaallowhqscaling option in advancedsettings.xml? Are they available in all three render methods (DXVA, Pixel shaders, Software)? Is there a preference for the renderer to use, qualitywise? In Settings/Player/Processing it mentions "Enable HQ Scalers for scaling above" with a percentage you can modify. To anyone considering a similar move I am happy to help in any way I can.
